CUCM - incoming message playout

Looking for a way to playout a message on an incoming call?  IP Communicator used to have a function that allowed you to record a message, then play it out on incoming calls.  This was great for contact center agents that deliver the same message upon receiving a call.  The feature looks like it's been removed; looking for alterntives

Hi, this wasn't something that Cisco IP Communicator had, although IP Communicator's predecessor, the Cisco IP Softphone had that years ago (10 years ago perhaps!).

In IP Communication, the only way to do something similar would be to use the Agent Greeting feature that we added in CIPC 8.6.
