Hi Team, 

 

I recently configured CUCM native call queueing for one of my customers. even though I am using custom announcements and MOH files, whenever the caller calls the hunt number, the system plays "Thanks for calling". 

 

Is there any way to remove the above announcement.

Is this hunt pilot front ended by something like a call handler?  The "thank you for calling" is not a default feature of native queueing.

 

Do you hear "thank you for calling", even if there are agents free and available?
