CUEAC migration from 8.0.0.5 to 8.0.3.9

Hi All,

Does anyone had experieced of migrating on the above? Does CUEAC's client required to reinstall after upgraded? Thanks.

The upgrade is simple over the top install, you will indeed need to ugrade the client as well.

Is there any reason why you would not go to the latest V9.1 release? This is supported against CUCM 7.1.5 onwards.

With V9 you would need a new license, you can get this free of charge if you have a UCSS contract by placing an order via www.cisco.com/upgrade
