Hello Everyone;

I installed UCCX_11_6_2_UCOS_11.6.2.10000-38 with high availability

the issue is when i generate Report or dashboard  like Agent Call summary For Specific Time And for all agent or specific agent

the report didn't give me any information

I tried many time using admin or supervisor in pub and sub but the same issue appeared 

can you please help me to solve the issue

by the way CUCM version is 11.5

Please check db replication on uccx pub.

utils dbreplication status

After few minutes, 

utils dbreplication runtimestate

 

If all clean, try restarting CUIC service.
