In order to enable the "DETAILED" CCM traces:


1) goto CCMAdmin>Application>Cisco CallManager Serviceability
2) select Trace>Configuration.
3) select the server to which the device is registered.
4) select the Cisco CallManager service.
5) hit the "Set Default" button.
6) change the "Debug Trace Level" to "DETAILED".
7) check the box "Apply to All Nodes"
8) check the box next to the following 2 if Gateway(s) are involved.
      A.  Enable H245 Message Trace
      B.  Enable All Gateway Trace
9) hit the "Update" button.


In order to enable the SDL\CCM traces:

1) goto CCMAdmin>Service>Service Parameters
2) select the server to which the device is registered.
3) select the Cisco CallManager service.
4a) make sure that the parameter "SdlTraceFlag" is set to "TRUE",
4b) the parameter "SdlTraceTypeFlags" is set to "0x8000CB15",
4c) the parameter "SdlTraceDataFlags" is set to 0x00000110.
5) hit the "Update" button.


Traces can be gathered from below path after reproducing the problem.
Please do zip up the traces before emailing or uploading to the SR.

The traces can then be collected using the RTMT tool.
