Hello, Gents.
I need to divert all office extention to different numbers. (200 users to mobile, 300 users to reception, 500 users to VM nums).
The will plan to use a bulk tool at my CUCM 6.1.4.2190-3
Idea1: Bulk - Update Phones
I have preapered and uploaded a BCP_divert files with MAC only. CUCM seen this file but could not filtered it (screen 1 and 2)
Such idea does not worked
Idea2: Bulk - Update Lines
In such way I be able to use a build in search creteria such as DN, Line or Device Partition, Line or Device Description, Line or Device CSS, Unassigned DN и PickUpGroup (scren on top).Anyway it will be not applicable because i need to divert ext which has absolutely dirrefent numbers. I mean that during existing 100 num some need to be diverted to mobile, some to reception, some to VM and the num plan is mixed.
Such idea does not worked too.
Please help !
Any Idea how to do this ?
