Export Phone Information

Hello,

It seems if I use BAT to export all phones from a particular CSS I don't get any information on 796x phones that shows how many DNs are configured on that phone.  I only see line 1.   Am I missing something?  CM 10.5

In Bulk Administration Tool, if you select Export Specific Data of Phones, this usually exports only Directory Number 1 (First line assigned).

If you want all the configuration listed for this phone, including additional DNs, go to Bulk Administration > Import/Export > Export.

Type in the File Name, then select under Device Data the checkbox for "Phone", if you want, you can also click on "Check dependencies" and it will check all related configurations.

Run the job and download the file, this should contain the different directory numbers assigned to the phone.
