Hello,

my Jabber mobile client can not reach my CUCM via extern.

Infos:

Im using 2 domains an internal (example.local) and an external (example.com)

CUCM

               >  Expresway C  >  Expressway E    >  Internet     <  Jabber Mobile Client

IMP

As first I used this Link to install Jabber on my mobile

ciscojabber://provision?ServicesDomain=example.local&VoiceServicesDomain=example.com

My login failed and I got a message like this > "I can not reach your Callmanager via FQDN"

Have anyone an idea what I can do?

Thanks!

Did you configured all DNS SRV, on your external DNS?

You installed the Certificates on Expressway C and E?

You configured currectly the MRA?

Do a double check with the docs bellow:

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/unified-communications/expressway-series/products-installation-and-configuration-guides-list.html

1. Cisco Expressway Basic Configuration Deployment Guide (X8.11)

2. Cisco Expressway Certificate Creation and Use Deployment Guide (X8.11)

3. Mobile and Remote Access via Cisco Expressway Deployment Guide (X8.11)

Follow this guides...

I concluded a installation on last week, if you have some doubt about the read and did a double check of the Guides, put here.
