Video- Factory Reset Sx20 codec

The SX20 can be factory reset in several ways:

 

  • By issuing the xAPI command: xcommand systemunit FactoryReset Confirm: Yes
  • By removing the config.db file.  (applicable with TC 7.0.X or earlier versions)
  • By using the Touch panel: More - Settings - Administrator Settings - Reset
  • Turn off unit (e.g by holding the physical power button pressed until it shuts down). Then hold the button for 10 seconds until it starts blinking. Now press the button twice. The unit will factory reset and restart.

I applie a reset with button.

But, administrator setting are not accessible.

Hi guys.

my device cannot reset like what you guided, the LED does not blink even i pressed and hold the power button for 10 seconds or 30 seconds.

We finally got our EA flex for WebEx.

 

I am upgrading our SX20s to CE but running into not being able to log into the device as I could when on TC. They register to Webex just fine but I can't tweak anything!!!

All do not work after a proper factory reset.

 

Any help would be awesome.
