Fix Dbreplication on Cisco Unified Communication Manager

If you see the Dbreplication in your cluster gone Bad , following is what you can do to fix it yourself.

Step 1

Take CLI access to all of your servers.

Step 2

Issue the following command first in Subscribers followed by Publisher one at a time.

Utils dbreplication stop

Step 3

Issue the following command first in Subscribers followed by Publisher one at a time.

utils dbreplication dropadmindb

Step 4

Issue the following command from the Publisher

utils dbreplication reset all

Wait for an hour or so (depending on your Cluster size and servers location , over the WAN servers can take more time ) , Check the dbreplication State by Giving the following command

Utils dbreplication runtimestate

The above procedure will not affect any Call Processing so it can be done in Business hours as well.
