How to change the MeetingPlace user profile default password for new profiles

Resolution

To change the default password for new profiles, perform these steps:

  1. Log into Cisco MeetingTime with a MeetingPlace System Manager profile.    

  2. From the top menu, select Administration > Configure.    

  3. Highlight User Profiles in the User Profile section in the left hand panel.    

  4. Click the Find Records icon, which is a magnifying glass.    

  5. In the Begins with: field, type guest in lowercase letters.  

  6. Click OK.    

  7. The default User ID password can be changed in the User password field.    

  8. The default Profile password can be changed in the Profile password field.    

  9. After the changes are made, click the Save Changes button on the bottom right.
