Core Issue
This option is currently not found in some versions of the Bulk Administration Tool (BAT).
Resolution
To resolve this issue, perform these steps:
- Configure the device pools for each group of phones using BAT.
- Change the softkey template for the required device pool.
- To activate the softkey template, reset all the phones in the required pool.
- For other device pools, repeat steps 2 and 3.
