Resolution

To configure different ring tone for external and internal calls, perform these steps:

  1. Go to the CCM Admin page.
  2. Click on Service > Service Parameters.
  3. Select Cisco Callmanager service.
  4. Click on Advanced, and look for the H.323 Network Location OffNet option.
  5. Set it to True.
  6. Click on Update.
  7. Restart the Cisco CallManager service.
