This is part 1 of my How to configure Self-Provisioning videos, as an important part of Self Provisioning is to make sure to add as much config as possible to the users, and this is a series of videos on which I'm going to be working on the same cluster, I considered that we should cover the CUCM-IM&P integration, and some other considerations we will use on future videos.
Along with the IM&P integration, you'll see the OU to which we're going to do our LDAP sync in CUCM.
