How to install other languages on Cisco CallManager and user locales support information

Resolution

Cisco CallManager does support user interface internationalization and localization. It is necessary to install and configure the Cisco IP Telephony Locale Installer.

Read the Cisco IP Telephony Locale Installer documentation. When ready to install the locale installer, go to Cisco Downloads and locate the proper installer for the language to be supported.

At times, the installation of the locales hangs, and when it is reinstalled, the  Another locale installer is already running - please exit from it and try again error message appears. In order to overcome this situation, delete this registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MAHINE\SOFTWARE\Cisco Systems\LocaleInstaller

This allows you to re-install the locale.
