Resolution

Navigate to the TT installation directory or bin, and issue these commands:

• ./ttIsql -connStr DSN="Instance_Name"
• sql> select * from subscriber where default_mdn like '%NUMBER%'. (For example, sql> select * from subscriber where default_mdn like '%973555555%')
• sql> exit;

Issue the commands in every instance on each Point-Of-Presence (POP) site.
