In order to restore the factory default setting on a Cisco 7905G Ip phone, perform the following steps. The same steps can be used when you want to reset the password as well:
H.323:
- Press *, 0, and the 4 softkey simultaneously. The manufacturing test-option screen appears.
- Type 322873738# and press *.
- Press *, 0, and the 4 softkey again, or power-cycle the phone. You return to normal operation.
SIP:
- Press the MENU button.
- Press **2
- When you receive the prompt: "Do you want to reset all system settings to default values?", press the Yes softkey.
