In Cisco CallManager Extension Mobility services with Active Directory, the user is not authenticated when the user's PIN starts with 0 (zero)

Resolution

The PIN number is stored in Active Directory as an integer. As a result, a leading zero is removed.

For example, the PIN 0000 is stored as 0. The PIN 0010 is stored as 10.

The solution is to not start PIN numbers with 0.
