Core Issue

Cisco CallManager only returns up to 64 entries when performing a null search.

Resolution

When performing a null search, meaning that no search criteria have been entered, Cisco CallManager only returns up to 64 entries.  This is to prevent issues with the search using too much CPU processing time.

The recommended course of action is to search using a portion of the person's name.
