Core Issue
During the attempt to copy the distinctivering.xml from the command line to the TFTP Server with the use of the syntax : file get tftp DistinctiveRingList.xml, the copy command does not work and it only creates a directory but there are no folders.
Resolution
In order to resolve this issue, use a / as the directory. It should create a folder, for example the IP address of Cisco CallManager server, and then there is a folder with the title, date and time to which you downloaded the file. Then the file is within that folder.
