Can you confirm what the warranty on these headsets is?  Is it really only 90 days with no option of SmartNet?

you can check in Warranty Finder tool by entering the exact partnumber:

Tried with part number CP-HS-W-521-USB= and it gives me 90-day warranty:

Does the noise isolation require the use of Cisco IP/Phone products or is it baked into the headset firmware/driver
