Core Issue
The T1/E1 card is detected in the show diag command output but is not visible in the show running config command output.
The controller config does not show up because no selection is made between T1 or E1 for each of the ports on the NM-HDV module.
Resolution
To resolve this problem, specify the type of port by issuing the card type {t1 | e1} slot sublot command and then the corresponding controller t1 or controller e1. Once the command is issued, the t1/e1 card shows up in the running config.
