MobilityManager is set up to ring both the desk phone and the cell phone, and if no one answers, it goes to the voice mail of the cell phone, but it can be configured to go to the voice mail of the desk phone instead

Resolution

This behavior is configurable. In order to change the behavior, change the max ring timer parameter in the remote destination configuration on the MobilityManager server. Lower the number of maximum rings and the call is pulled back before it rolls to the voice mail of the cell phone.
