Hello, I am working with a tiger team of educators from around the U.S. and Cisco employees from the Cisco Networking Academy on creating a new CCNA Voice course to be taught at colleges and universities. I was asked to create a survey to identify the entry level skills for a Cisco Voice technician. We want to ensure that we develop the new Cisco Networking Academy Voice course to meet the needs of companies that will hire the graduates. This course will be rolled out internationally when completed later this year. This course will align to the new CCNA Voice certification but that cert may not provide all the entry level hands-on skills required for industry. When agents make manual outbound calls , the skill group is displayed as CUCM_PG_1.Cisco_Voice.defa in Livedata.Is there a way to change / mask the skill group to some other name so that supervisors can view in CUIC as manual outbound.
