The Webex Desk Pro is designed for executive desktop and focus rooms that accommodate one to two people.
It is an all-in-one premium collaboration and productivity device featuring:
- high-resolution, 4k-touch experience on an anti-glare, 27-inch screen - can be used as primary monitor
- 4k Ultra HD camera with 71° horizontal field of view and automatic framing
- Superior sound system, and advanced noise-canceling microphone array.
- wireless sharing and wiress pairing to be used with cisco apps
- digital whiteboarding make brainstorming, design, and collaboration easy, whether in person or in a remote meeting.
- AI-powered features like Webex Assistant and facial recognition allow you to easily control your meeting and provide the contextual information you need, when you need it.
- Join any meeting. Connecting a laptop with USB-C enables you to join meetings from third-party meeting providers while leveraging the Webex Desk Pro's camera, speaker, and microphone.
- Extend the functionality of your laptop with touch redirect that allows for touch-based PC control
- Laptop charging over USB-C
- Deliver digital signage, channel browsing, alerts, live TV, VoD capabilities, and scheduling
- Registers as a cloud or on-premises device
- offers all the Analytics and management features via Webex Control Hub
- Change your in-meeting background with blurred and virtual background options (expected fall 2020)
- Could be used in various vertical scenarios in Education, Finance, Health care

The Desk Pro is NOT a DX80 replacement.
The two devices will coexist in our portfolio as they are suitable for different use cases:
The Desk Pro is targeted at premium users like executives, managers who want a high-end device and is also ideal device for focus spaces for 1-2 users. The DX80 continues to be our entry-level device designed for personal desk video endpoint.
