When making video calls on Nokia devices E6 or E7 over GSM with Nokia Call Connect software installed on them, the phones crashes. The crash isn't experienced if the phones don't have the software Nokia Call Connect installed on them
The Nokia Call Connect version which is affected is 2.02(517) and following are the Nokia phones which are affected
Nokia E6-00 111.140.0058 (Nokia Belle Refresh)
Nokia E7-00 111.040.1511 (Nokia Belle Refresh)
The issue has been resolved with a Engineer Special image of Nokia Call Connect. The issue is also being tracked with the Cisco Defect ID CSCuj00194. Please contact Cisco TAC for the Engineering Special image. This is a Symbian file which has to be installed on the affected Nokia phones for the issue to be resolved.
Due to some business constrains, Nokia will not be able to publish this Engineering special on the OVI store.
