Error

Bug:CSCuc63312

Recommendations:
When getting the error the best think to do is to get the following COP.file "ciscocm.free_common_space_v1.1.cop.sgn" and upload it to the server.

Link: https://software.cisco.com/download/release.html?mdfid=284510097&flowid=45900&softwareid=282204704&release=LCU&relind=AVAILABLE&rellifecycle=&reltype=latest

-After uploading it to the server you should have this confirmation.

Cop file installed

Workaround steps

1- Access RTMT and go to Alert Central.
2- Do a right click on the alert named "LogPartitionLowWaterMarkExceeded" and select set alert/properties >next>under Threshold change it to 10% >next>next>save.
3- Do a right click on the alert named "LogPartitionHighWaterMarkExceeded" and select set alert/properties >next>under Threshold change it to 15% >next>next>save.
4- Go to serviceability >tools>Network services.
5- "Stop" and "start" Cisco Log Partition Monitoring Too service.

Now we need to go and delete all the logs from RTMT

Proceed with the upgrade

-Select Switch new version after upgrade (System reboot) or Do not swicth to new version after upgrade (no system reboots) and click next.

At the end it should look like this with the successful message.

CLI verification

And from the CLI you will be able to see both version under inactive and active partitions like this:

I hope this can help you. Enjoy it.
