Core Issue

If incorrect number licensed ports are added to the PBX-IP Media Gateway (PIMG), then PIMG Cisco Unity integartion does not work.

Resolution

Complete these steps in order check the license information and to fix the problem:

  1. On the Cisco Unity server, log on to Microsoft Windows through the Cisco Unity installation account.

  2. Double-click Cisco Unity Tools Depot on the desktop.

  3. Under Administration Tools, double-click License Info Viewer.

  4. Verify that the licensing features are correct.
