Problem after Installing CUCM 7.x and importing DMA from 4.x

I have a customer that just did an install on a new server of 7.x and importe data from the DMA tool from a 4.x server.  After the install, there were no errors, but he cannot login to the web gui with the username and password he configured.  However, he can SSH to the box with that same username and password.  Any ideas on what is happening?

Hi!

Nevertheless you import data with DMA, you have to set usernames and passwords during installation/upgrade:

The following accounts and passwords are set:


• Administrator user name and password
• Application user name and password
• Security password
• End user password and PIN

You'll need the application username and password to access the web gui. For SSH you can use the Administrator username and password.

If you don't now the password anymore, you can reset it on the CLI.
