Problem with recordings

Hi


A couple of months ago we have been observing that the audio of the recordings is incomplete. For example, the dashboard shows that there is a recording of 2:30 and when you open the audio to play it there is only 1:30. This behavior is intermittent and with all users, there is no pattern to follow or a specific time to happen.


There are recordings that if completed and others not. The files in the QM folder are moving, we have redundancy on the servers, we have UCCX 10.6 and everything is properly configured.


We have been with this solution for more than three years and had not failed, we would like to understand why this behavior happens and how to solve it.

I had a similar issue in a meeting today where the audio of the meeting was not recorded at all so the recording it's practically useless. I hope this doesn't become a recurring issue. :(
