We have installed a C62 Teleprese platfom . but we have a little pb . In fact when we enter a visio conf , we could see people on the far site , and they can also see us .
But when we move on the room we see some refresh on the screen and on the menu Call status on the Touchpanel we see in the Total Packet Loss a lot of errors only on recieve ( on the sending Total Packet Loss equal 0.0 %)
Also , the Jitter on recieve are growing and equal to 0 ms on the sending .
