Spark Hybrid Service Connect missing button on Expressway E

I found an issue during the configuration of Spark Hybrid services,
following the guide "Set Up Hybrid Call Service Connect"

STEP:

Update the Expressway-E Trust List with Cisco Collaboration Cloud Certificates

Before you set up the trusted connection between your on-premises and the cloud, you must retrieve the Cisco Collaboration Cloud certificates from the Expressway-E.

1	From Expressway-E, choose Applications > Hybrid Services > Certificate Management.
2	Click Get certificates to automatically install the root certificates for the authorities that signed the  Cisco Collaboration Cloud  certificates on to Expressway-E. This means that the  Expressway-E  should automatically trust the certificates and be able to set up the secure connection.

On Expressway E version X8.8.2 the button "Application" is missing, but the page is reachable at:

https://<Expressway E Address>/fusioncerts

That works.  It would be nice if Cisco published this SOMEWHERE in an installation guide.  Actually, the SPARK Hybrid deployment documentation is deplorable!
