Hello Vincenzo:

Where you able to solve this problem?

I'm having the same issue that you mention on error_cuic.png

Hi, I resolved replicating the configuration of the uccx in cuic.

If I enable standalone, does that invalidate the co-resident version already in production? I want to test the standalone without impacting my users' access to their reports.

No, It does not.

Great! thank you.

anybody know how to convert the old .chc definitions from the HRC into XML or at least be able to read the content if you don't have access to the HRC anymore?

Unable to communicate to the CUIC server.: This is the issue with I start the integration between UCCX and UCIC
