I'm not able to make outgoing calls, the first thing you hear is a busy tone.
Call attempt is stopped immediately.

Also other relevant information:
We have quite a few codecs (approx 80 SX80s and SX20s). Is there any easy way to deploy and manage certs to codec endpoints (these are all running CE9). It would be a pain to have to load them all by hand and update them all by hand when they expire.
