Introduction
This document guides through the process of identifying the software version numbering scheme and its corresponding hardware platform. We also provide the direct link for software download, corresponding to each device type.
The intention of this documentation is to keep a centralized resource for software download for the TelePresence endpoint portfolios.
Background
Each device type has a software version numbering scheme, based on the hardware platform. Example below:
WebEx Room Kit Pro numbering scheme is: s53300
The software version associated to the WebEx Room Kit Pro contains the numbering scheme in the software name: cmterm-s53300ce10_3_2_0.k3.cop.sgn

Additional Information
In circumstances where differed software is needed, to address issues, for instance, endpoint software compatibility with peripherals, like Room Navigator, Touch 10, P60, etc, please open a TAC case, so you are provided with the required software version through the supported channels.
Other common issues like step upgrades from old versions like CE9.8.1 and earlier, require upgrading to CE9.8.2 or CE9.9.1, to successfully upgrade to the latest versions. In this scenario, you may also open a TAC case to obtain the deferred software via the supported channels.
