Great document, use it all the time.  Got a question though.  On page 25, there is a chart that references a 'serial log' for the Codian line of products.  I see no mention of how to obtain this log or what it is.  Can you elaborate on it?

Hi Justin,

With regards to the "serial log" for the Codian products, this is similar to a generic "console login" for Cisco routers and switches. The specific way to login to the Codian devices via serial with baud rate etc, is documented on page 16 of the same Infrastructure handbook. You would only normally need to gather a serial log when a Codian device is rebooting and we are not seeing enough information output in the diagnostic information file.
