The port usage differs from one device to another.
This list describes the requirements between different devices:
Operations Manager (OM) <_-> IP Phones OM does not interact directly with the IP Phones but with the Cisco CallManager who provides the information to OM. There is nothing needed between OM and IP Phones.
OM <_-> Cisco CallManager:
Internet Control Message Protocol (ICMP) (needed for the discovery)
