Troubleshooting CTI Route Point and JTAPI Login Issues

·         To collect the jtapi logs use following command on ICM CUCM PG

C:\icm\cvp4\pg1A\logfiles>dumplog jgw1 > syali_jtapi_issue.txt

·         On some ICM versions you could use ctitest CLI command as well. Go to command prompt and type ctitest and then type open inside the interface. And then try to login the agent to see any errors

·         Also try

c:\icm\cvp4\pg1A\logfiles>procmon cvp4 pg1a jgw1
