What are the configurations needs to follow to have UCCE Finesse Agent work with Jabber client as phone end point. share me details or any links. 

also needs to know what can work, what cannot work -like multi line, Recording, shared line, chat ..... etc

consider setup as:  UCCE 11.6.2, Finesse: 11.5 Jabber Client 11.6, IMP-11.5.1

Jabber version 12 and above will work if using multiple lines on Jabber client

Join Across Lines need to be disabled on Jabber client to support finesse login using multiple lines, else it will not allow login.

Join Across Line feature disabled in Service Parameters won’t work, so disable it in device profile.

 

Jabber version 12.7.1  and above can be used as it has the fix for voice quality bug
