Unable to add subscribers through the SA Web, and the "unrecognized error 0x8007001F has occurred. The new subscriber was not successfuly added." error message appears on the SA Web. At the same time, this error message appears on the application log:

Description: The Cisco Unity service that monitors Active Directory (AvDSAD) cannot modify the location object default in the domain . This service must perform a full synchronization cycle with the domain controller before changes will be synchronized correctly. A full synchronization cycle will occur in approximately 2 minute(s).
Resolution
The error translates to an LDAP error. The Microsoft website defines LDAP_OTHER as LDAP_OTHER 0x50 Unknown error occurred. Refer to Microsoft LDAP Error Codes for more information.
In addition, this issue can appear when the Domain Controller (DC) lacks the disk space that is needed in order to accommodate even a single entry. In order to avoid this situation, make sure that the DC has sufficient disk space available.
In order to resolve this issue, complete these steps:
- Resync the DCs.
- Run a full resync from dohproptest.
- Restart the AvDSAD and AvDSGlobalCatalog services.
