Unable to change a group of Unity subscribers' Class of Service using Unity's Bulk Edit tool.

This functionality is available via the Unity SA, rather than through Bulk Edit

Resolution

To re-assign subcribers from one CoS to another, perform these steps:

1. Under Subcriber, select Class of Service.
   
   
2. Search for the users' current CoS.
   
   
3. On that CoS, click Subscriber.
   
   
4. Highlight Re-assign, then select Find to pull up all of the subscribers.
   
   
5. Re-assign them to the CoS required.
