We now seem to be having incoming calls issues as I have mentioned to you last week. It seems that CM appears to be answering with 404 Not found from 10.0.4.126 and then CUBE tries again towards 10.0.11.11 which is rejected also with a 404 Not found message and then finally it tries sending the inbound call out back towards the provider peer connection where we are getting the treatment likely due to the number it’s sending towards gets changed to 610233 and they do not accept outbound calls to invalid NPA NXX numbers.

 

Here’s an example of the SIP Invite towards 10.0.11.11. Our cube is taking the incoming DID of 2042204090 and translating it to 610233 and sending it to our CM. If our CM doesn’t recognize that it will 404 as it did. This may either but a number translation issue on our CUBE that it’s not translating the inbound number to something your CM knows or the number translation is as expected and our CM is not configured to receive 610233.

Hi,

Can you please check your SIP trunk configuration in CM is the inbound CSS is configured correctly.

In the INVITE message shared its sending the translated number to CM.

Thank you for the advise it really help. I managed to resolved the issue by setting the "Significant digit" to "All". and discarding the old config.
