Core Issue

When an attempt is made to update the Help Desk e-mail address (field 5129) in the Cisco MeetingPlace Web Conferencing Admin\Reference Center, the changes do not take effect.

Resolution

Complete these steps to fix the issue:

  1. Login to the web with a System Manager profile.

  2. Click on the Admin link in the upper right-hand corner.

  3. Click on the Reference Center link.

  4. Make the necessary changes.

  5. Restart the web services.

This  problem can also be resolved by upgrading  MeetingPlace Web to 4.3.338.
