Problem Description:

 

License usage was incorrect after a reboot of the CUCM server. Unable to upload new licenses to CUCM using the CCM Web Administrator Page. Administrator is experiencing following issue when he tries to upload the license.

Symptom:

 

The issue is usually observed when the server is rebooted after failed installation of Jabber for Everyone cop file. ciscocm.free_im_v1.2.cop.sgn.

ERROR: Install script of option /common/download//ciscocm.free_im_v1.2.cop failed

 

Further Description:

 

The error is seen because the installation failed after copying the licenseccm.jar.

 

Resolution Summary:

 

Copy the licenseccm.jar /usr/local/cm/jar/ in subscriber where the cop file is not installed to publisher. Then restart the Tomcat service.

 

This will require Cisco Remote Account on Publisher and Subscriber.
