CSMs - Leverage these weekly emails to provide your customers ongoing post-launch communication.  In keeping with Cisco's brand - this light conversational style of communication where the CSM is the "one to go to" is the goal of this series.  We will communicate general information about availability of the new experience as well as how customers can be ready to receive it.

Instructions: Download the template and edit contact name and signature and send it to your Business Contacts and Admins for ALL of your customers during the week it is published.  These are timely - so be sure to send them as soon as you can!  We are working on some additional format options this week.  Stay tuned!
