With Personal Address Book, when the default IP phone language is changed, part of the language is in English, and part is in a new language

Resolution

The Personal Address Book is not fully localized. Currently, Personal Address Book does not have internationalization support, so it cannot be localized.

You can contact your local Cisco account team and file a feature request for this issue.

Language support does not extend to these client applications:

• Personal Address Book        
• Call Detail Record (CDR) Analysis and Reporting (CAR)        
• Cisco CallManager Extended Services
