Zycoo U50 With cisco 7942 Phones

Hi Experts,

 

 

i need some help regarding the Cisco 7942 phones. I have Cisco 7942 phones but i want to use those phones with Zycoo pbx u50.

Anyone please tell me all the steps i don't have much experience with this one.

It should work on a third party SIP server with some manual configuration required. Make sure the phone is already running the SIP firmware, then manually change the TFTP server on the phone. You will need to have the same xml file / format that the phone expects from CUCM.

You will need to prepare the following: 

  1. Complete SIP firmware (ZIP) of the phone;
    • NOTE:  I strongly recommend firmware 9.4(2)SR4. 
  2. Working SEPmacaddress.xml.cnf file;
  3. Dial plan file;
  4. TFTP server; and
  5. DHCP Option 150
