Enable CustomMediaFilesRetrieval on Sandbox account

Hey guys, We just create a sandbox account for the XSP, and We were able to integrate this from our client app. 

We were able to install an audio on a Menu for holidays.

 

However when we can not playback the installed audio. We have read about we have to enable CustomMediaFilesRetrieval.

 

Any idea/documentation about how could we enable this in our sandbox account?

Have you uploaded any announcement/Media files? 

Yes we have upload one media file to test the API with the sandbox account.

It was uploaded to a menu, Holiday Menu.
