Hi All,
I have a custom application (written in ASP.NET) that is used by a customer service rep to register customer service requests. In this custom application I want to also have a telephony integration functionality to retrieve caller's phone number. Something like below workflow.
1. Watch the telephone system for new incoming calls
2. As soon as one of the reps answers the phone at his/her extension, get an event notification.
3. Get which extension/device a call was answered at
4. Get the callers phone number
How can we accomplish this?
* We are using CUCM 11.x
* Totally new to programming with CUCM API.
So please could you provide some basic instructions, to get started on this.
