Cannot post blog anymore?

I was able to post blogs here: https://community.cisco.com/t5/collaboration-blogs/bg-p/j-blogs-dev-collab

But now I can't. (hovering over the "create a new blog" button shows a stop sign
How can I get the blog-posting-rights back?
